Suzanne Hayes is scientific artist and medical illustrator based in Colorado. She has a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Visualization from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Suzanne combines science with beauty, creating interpretive illustrations of subjects that are difficult to visualize and understand. She has an acute attention to detail, honed over many years. Her breadth of experience allows her to adapt quickly, with a depth of knowledge that can be leveraged any time a novel approach to problem solving is needed. With proven strengths of time management and knowing how to ask the right questions, clients can be assured of getting the results they want. Suzanne has highly specialized training in graduate level life science and medicine. Courses include cadaver dissection, neurology, and pharmacology. She has advanced experience in 3D modeling, illustration techniques, and visualization techniques including translation of patient imaging data into usable 3D models. Suzanne focuses on visual problem solving by creating interpretive illustrations that are educational and engaging for medical professionals and diverse audiences.
