Scott Leighton is a Board Certified Medical Illustrator who holds the position of Senior Medical and Scientific Illustrator at the New England Journal of Medicine. His position at the Journal allows him to work with physicians and researchers worldwide, helping him to stay at the forefront of current advances in the medical field.
Scott is also the founder and principal of Medicus Media, a biomedical illustration studio focused on the visual communication of complex medical and scientific ideas. Medicus Media works closely with researchers, physicians, publishers and creative directors to create outstanding images for patient education media, medical publishing and pharmaceutical advertising.
