Deliver an idea about a new complex MoA in the field of nanotechnology. The main idea was how to show the liquid petrolatum-based drug delivery using nanodroplets. Why is this approach better?

In the video, we made a comparison between traditional water-based and petrolatum-based carrier delivery. Petrolatum nanodroplets can penetrate the natural brick and mortar structure (Keratin) of the cells and deliver API load to the inner layers of the nail or skin.

Water-based API drug delivery repels and can’t be used to deliver a drug (topical application) into the deep layers of the skin.

We did numerous physics-based simulations of how water repels from the cell surface and how petrolatum-based API can penetrate.
