Recently, INVIVO participated in the 5th Annual Veeva Global Customer Summit in Philadelphia. As one of the very few companies to earn the title as a Veeva Web Certified partner, our team was excited to learn about the Veeva commercial vision and product roadmap as well as some relevant case studies.
Upon his return, we caught up with Yan Fossat, our Vice President of Strategic Innovation:
“Just back from the Veeva Summit – it was helpful to learn more about Veeva’s expanding product portfolio from a customer's perspective. We sometimes get too mired in the technical details and lose sight that Veeva offers a service, a very targeted service, and not just software.
“We gained some good insight into their upcoming product roadmap and some current trends in medical marketing.
“I also got to reconnect with a lot of industry partners for stimulating discussions on Sales force automation and multichannel marketing.
“Last but not least I hung out with the dancing mascot and saw the Impressionist collection from the Philadelphia Museum of Art, where the conference’s gala was held. Very impressive.”
With a need for engaging content to always be quickly available at the reps’ fingertips, Patrick Bednarek of our Strategic Innovation Team notes,
“I was happy to see there was a healthy appetite for highly skilled content providers on the Veeva platform – which is great for INVIVO!”
Even while busy meeting potential partners and learning about Veeva’s exciting new tools, our team had time to “take in” some of Philadelphia’s other enticing features, such as the Train Wreck, care of Beck’s Cajun Café in the Reading Terminal Market.
